Our standard stock (items that are not personalised or customised) are generally shipped within 3-5 working days.
Personalised items (plaques, frames, cards) and sweet supplies will usually be shipped within 10 working days (depending on time of year – if you need an item in a hurry please contact us in advance to make sure we can speed your order through)
If there is a delay on your order due to item being out of stock or large volume of orders at any given time, you will be contacted to advise of delay immediately to see if you want to proceed with order
DELIVERY COSTS
At Enchanted Gift Shop we use one tracked parcel delivery option.
An Post are the primary distributor for orders delivered in Ireland.
The cost for delivery is €6.95.
For international deliveries please Contact Us for a quote.not an option.
RETURNS POLICY
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect personalised items if the information we have been given was incorrect. PLEASE CHECK WHEN ENTERING INFORMATION THAT THE INFORMATION YOU ARE PROVIDING IS CORRECT.
All items personalised can only be returned if they are faulty, or an error occurred on our behalf.
In the event of us making a mistake we will gladly refund or replace the item plus your return postage once we have received your return.
Any refund issued by Enchanted Gift Shop will be made in the original form of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If for any reason you would like to cancel an order please Contact Us within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this time if production has started on a personalised order we will be unable to refund the order
If you realise you have made a mistake when placing your order please Contact Us immediately. If production has not started we will be able to manufacture to the updated information.
